La situazione iniziale di Filograno non era tra le più felici. Le attività di marketing e la comunicazione del brand erano frammentate, non coerenti e non venivano misurate. Inoltre, l’account Facebook (con oltre 14.000 follower) era fermo da mesi perché era stato hackerato, bloccando tutte le attività.

Ammettiamo subito che gli assi di miglioramento erano molteplici e tanti ma questo era un problema, dovevamo davvero agire su ogni aspetto della comunicazione: dal sito ai social, dall’organizzazione di eventi al materiale cartaceo. Tutto doveva essere messo in funzione e integrato al posto giusto in una strategia coerente e multicanale
Il primo step è stato un periodo di analisi in cui abbiamo misurato tutto il misurabile e messo in piedi sia una strategia di attacco che un registro comuncativo che ci permettesse di raggiungere il target desiderato
Il sito è stato rifatto sia graficamente che dal punto di vista dei contenuti puntando da un lato a mettere in evidenza le qualità dei prodotti funzionali e sartoriali in vendita nello show-room e dall'altro per strizzare l'occhio alla seo.

Abbiamo subito aperto una disputa con META per recuperare la pagina hackerata... ci abbiamo messo 8 mesi ma ce l'abbiamo fatta... nel frattempo abbiamo creato una pagina d'appoggio per riprendere le pubblicazioni e le sponsorizzate.

Abbiamo uniformato la comunicazione e le campagne per aggredire ogni canale possibile, stampa, google, meta ecc... tutto finalizzato all'acquisizione di nuove lead. KPI: lead per canale
